Our latest CSR and sustainability initiatives

Oxford University

Charities

We have an internal CSR group which has a charity sub-group where we support charities making a difference in the local community. This year we are supporting Suited for Success. They are a UK-based charity that collects and provides free interview coaching, interview clothing and employment preparation skills for job applications.

Sustainability

Our sustainability sub-group explores how we can reduce our carbon footprint throughout our business activities. We are doing this in collaboration with our landlord WeWork and an external consultancy LCMB.

Recent initiatives have included an electric vehicle (EV) scheme for staff in addition to a climate change training programme for our leadership team.
