How we make a difference
An emphasis on ED&I runs through all our recruitment processes, utilising our selection matrix which focuses on core competencies and is weighted for the specific role in partnership with the hiring manager.
We also use Thomas International personal profile analysis to compile the most diverse shortlist possible. All our staff, as part of the MRG induction, undertake unconscious bias training.
One of the most recent initiatives we’ve run in partnership with our higher education clients has been anonymised shortlists.
Employer’s Network for Equality
We are delighted with the diverse demographic of MRG staff, which currently has a 57/43 female-to-male ratio. We are also proud members of the Employer’s Network for Equality & Inclusion (ENEI).
Mental Health First Aiders
We have worked very hard as a business to create an environment that is inclusive and where staff can bring their ‘whole self’ to work. We have five mental health first aiders and have several wellbeing programmes.
