About Emilia
I have over ten years of experience in Property & Real Estate recruitment and am currently part of MRG's dynamic Real Estate Advisory Team. My core focus is working with managing agents and property companies within operational property.
My strength lies in candidate identification and comprehensive research. I also nurture exceptional relationships with candidates to provide them with invaluable guidance for making sound career decisions. My experience in the Real Estate sector spans both the Private and Public sectors, and I’m experienced in executive search, contingency, and interim campaigns. I've also worked in various talent roles, focusing on attracting, developing, and retaining internal talent. My approach has emphasised learning and development to support the strategic goals and values of the companies I work with.
Outside of my professional life, I am deeply passionate about learning and development, connecting with people, exploring new experiences, and travelling. I take every opportunity I can to hike new places. My most memorable hike was my journey through the Annapurna circuit in the Himalayas. The next adventure on the horizon? Conquering Kilimanjaro.
