Our Business Sector Director Hayley Mintern recently presented at the London Regional College and University Business Officer (CUBO) event, hosted by University College London. Working with a number of London HEIs she discussed the importance of attracting and retaining best in class talent. Member institutions looked at the importance of getting the right personality qualities, in order to have a positive impact on the student experience, and how to access this through the interview process. Hayley highlighted the partnership MRG have with Thomas International and the use of Personality profiling and emotional intelligence testing.
The event was attended by a number of senior leaders looking after student accommodation, catering, hospitality and events.
MRG will be will be working with the CUBO executive team over the coming months to support all the regional events.
