She spent the first 8 years of her career with a large property services organisation where she oversaw the management and disposal of property interests on behalf of institutional investors and lenders. She later joined the Business Development team, providing property services to a range of clients including agents, solicitors and investors.

The Head of Operations will be responsible for leading all operations (soft services and fabric maintenance) throughout Twentytwo; delivering via the very best service partners in the industry, world leading cleaning, front of house, bicycle store, security and fabric maintenance. The Head of Operations will provide strategic and operational direction to the senior management team, whilst contributing to the overall success of Twentytwo.
As well as having a demonstrable track record of leading Soft Services and all operational elements within a significant commercial environment, it is expected that the successful candidate will be able to manage large Service Charge budget, working with service partners in order to get the very best performance was the third-party contractors. It is vitally important that Twentytwo is at the forefront of operational and customer experience and the Head of Operations must be able to maintain personal knowledge in line with current standards and how to continue to achieve the very highest of operational services.
