Sian is Head of Research within our Public Sector Estates and Facilities Management Practice and joined the business in 2011.
On their campaigns.She is responsible for coordinating research and programming the delivery of our retained assignments. Sian is also our Diversity and Inclusion Champion, creating structured policies and practices internally, but also working alongside our Customers, and advising on their campaigns.
Sian has 18 years’ recruitment experience, and started her career at a specialist recruitment consultancy in 1999. She spent over 12 years with the organisation and was responsible for managing recruitment campaigns across both the public and private sectors, specialising in the recruitment of town planning professionals at all levels.

Marketing Manager Senior Girls’ School (Part- Time, Term Time Only, 44 Weeks)
Reporting to the Headmistress, you will lead the marketing function to promote the school to the prospective parents and pupils. Taking responsibility for the schools marketing initiatives, supporting the recruitment and communications objectives of the school. This role will assist with the development and implementation of an annual marketing plan, lead the development of social media content and channels, manage the design and printing of promotional literature and the content of the school's website.
This role is offered on part time 22.5 hours per week Monday to Friday during all of school term time (normally 36 weeks), plus 8 weeks. There is some flexibility with start and finish times depending on business requirements.
The advertised salary is the full time salary which will be paid pro rata.
The successful candidate will possess a proven track record in delivering marketing initiatives. You will be an experienced marketer with the ability to create and support the delivery of marketing campaigns. This role will require high level of attention to detail and the ability to communicate with a large number of stakeholders.

Recruitment Delivery Executive
£20,000 to £25,000 per annum
The Management Recruitment Group is a boutique recruitment consultancy with a particular focus on Education. Our Public Sector Estates Management Division is widely recognised as the leading recruitment brand within Estates and Facilities Management.
We are currently seeking to appoint a Recruitment Delivery Executive on a 12-month Maternity Cover (FTC) with the strong potential of a longer term opportunity within the company. This role plays an essential part in the ongoing success of team and will be based in our Twickenham Head Office.
Reporting to the Head of Delivery you will provide support to 6 consultants who manage a wide variety of recruitment campaigns throughout higher education & independent schools. You will be actively involved throughout the process carrying out research / sourcing candidates, coordinating advertising, scheduling interviews, and maintaining our database. You will also act as the link between the team and our Marketing Manager, coordinating & proof reading all marketing material for the Team’s search campaigns.
This role would suit an individual that has as the ability to work autonomously, to tight deadlines and who has excellent attention to detail. You might be a recent graduate with an interest in developing a career in recruitment. Alternatively you may have experience within recruitment but wish to move away from a fee earning 360 role or be looking to return to the industry following a career break.
