I'm a 20+ year veteran in this recruitment world (and I’m still learning). I live and work in the Facilities Management (FM) sector at MRG - helping both candidates and clients navigate their way through it. Be it finding candidates the right job, to consulting clients on best practices around advertising, talent spotting, effective interviewing, and all other industry buzz-words.
I am one of the lead consultants on interim placements, and I do all things FM, from estates and facilities, to security professionals, cleaning contract management to mobilisation projects (and everything in between), from manager to executive director level, in the public, private, third, charity, and education sectors.
I'm also a qualified MHFA practitioner, so in a nutshell I like to help people. I have experienced and will continue to experience challenges around my own personal mental health. It’s easy to say "talk to someone", so if you want to talk to me please do - I can help.
