Daniel is the Business Sector Director for the Bids team at MRG. He specialises in Bid recruitment across Infrastructure and Technology.
Within infrastructure he works with rail operators, energy and power businesses and EPC contractors and consultants, working closely with Elliot Fry, Senior Manager Bids in Civil Engineering at MRG. Technology clients include both Information Technology providers and high tech companies.
After studying Mathematics and Artificial Intelligence at Sussex University, Daniel spent seven years at Carphone Warehouse, where he had worked part time during university. In 2010 he moved into recruitment, joining On-Target, a sales recruitment specialist. He left in 2017 to join Badenoch & Clarke to continue his journey in sales, bids and tender recruitment before joining MRG to lead the Bid recruitment team.
My client, a leader in the construction and consultancy sector is seeking to appoint a Public Sector Bid Manager for their office in Central London. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic team and work on large bidding opportunities within the public sector.
Due to progression within the team the client is looking for someone to take ownership of the very success public sector division bids and continue their success of winning prestigious projects. The Bid Manager will see you involved in all aspects of the bid process from inception to completion. You will develop and manage the bid plan, identify risks and issues that may arise and put preventative measures in place to avoid possible delays. You will be responsible for putting together a winning bid team and ensuring all resources are readily available. Writing exceptional bid content for a variety of projects.
