This niche property consultancy specialising in delivering construction related projects into the Healthcare, Science and Education sectors, is seeking to further expand their Project Management team by appointing an ambitious Senior Project Manager on a permanent basis to join this busy project team to deliver challenging and complex construction related projects in Oxfordshire.
With continued work wins and future pipeline across Life Sciences, Healthcare and Education sectors, they are seeking to expand their project team by appointing an ambitious Senior Project Manager to join the team.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be expected to work on projects of varying values from minor refurbishment works through to large scale new builds in excess of £50m, taking them through the full project life cycle from inception through to completion.
Suitable candidates will come from a Consultancy environment, preferably with experience focused on delivering construction related projects into the life sciences sector although those with experience within the Healthcare or Higher Education sectors will be considered.
It is expected that you are Chartered – however if you are in the process of attaining Chartered status either MRICS or MAPM or other recognised qualification, they will provide support throughout the process..
