Reporting to the Deputy General Manager – Soft Services; the Front of House Supervisor will lead the Reception and Concierge teams in delivering an exceptional customer service at UPP’s award winning accommodation, Garden Halls. The teams are the main point of contact for students and are responsible for a number of duties including hall access, managing post, monitoring allocations and helping out with events.
Always striving to deliver, you will develop the teams and SOPs, to create an environment of excellence that represents the company’s values and policies. The residents’ experience is key, and you will work with the other supervisors to ensure queries are dealt with efficiently or escalated to the relevant managers.
The successful candidate will have previous experience in leading a customer facing team, in a student accommodation, hotel or residential environment, and be passionate about delivering a first in class service. Strong communication, leadership and problem solving skills will be essential, as well as the ability to be empathetic towards residents. Experience with Kinetics and SALTO is desirable.
