As the Regional Operations Manager (South) you will take responsibility for the operations of our properties across Swansea, Bath, Southampton, Bournemouth, Poole and London; putting our residents at the heart of your decisions. You will provide inspirational leadership and motivation to your teams, championing a customer centric operation across the 2500 beds in the region.

Our operations teams are the backbone to our properties and customer experience; talented leaders of people, packed with common sense and a strong commercial ability. You will ensure that all our residents enjoy a safe and welcoming environment. Take full responsibility for the financial performance of the properties and ensure they are operating in line with all statutory, legal and moral obligations.

The successful candidate can expect their days to be diverse, demanding, interesting and enriching, as they strive to provide a home from home for the residents.

You will have demonstrable experience in leading operational teams in a consumer led environment (residential, hospitality, hotels, apartments etc.) and on a comparable scale. A proven track record of delivering excellence in a customer driven environment. A high level of commercial acumen is essential, including experience of budget management and setting and achieving financial targets. You will be used to working in a regional role with travel between sites.
