The University is seeking to make the key appointment of the post of Head of Estates Planning and Compliance within the Estates and Development Directorate. In this influential role the postholder will lead a range of functions including estates strategic planning, space management, estate data management & reporting, health & safety and compliance management, energy management and finance.

The successful candidate will have proven experience of planning and administration in an estates environment for an organisation with a large scale, complex property portfolio. You will have demonstrable experience of utilising management information systems and reporting on estates information together with experience of estates compliance management.

It is essential that the successful candidate possesses excellent interpersonal and communication skills and the ability to work successfully with a diverse range of stakeholders at a senior level within a large, complex organisation.
