The University of Warwick is seeking to appoint a Programme Manager to direct the delivery of c£400m capital programme that will transform STEM facilities on our campus.

We are investing heavily in our estate portfolio to deliver work class academic and research facilities. The post will act as the Programme Manager for a major c£400m capital redevelopment programme which will provide world leading academic facilities for Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths (STEM) specialisms. The project will be an immensely complex, large scale and high-profile project of exceptional quality delivered in the heart of the university campus.

Candidates for this role will have a proven track record of leading and managing large scale projects in excess of £100m in value and of a technically complex nature. Experience of leading the formative stages of projects including elements such as planning, design development and technical design is essential and would suit experienced project/programme managers/directors, capable of leading large scale, technically complex projects in a campus environment in the science, academic or healthcare sectors.
