Assistant Operations Manager

Student Roost is an owner and operator of purpose-built student accommodation across the UK. Having launched just over two years ago they have created a portfolio of over 20,000 beds with ambitious plans for the future. That makes it a really exciting time to join.

We’re made up of really good people and are a business who will endeavour, always, to do the right thing, in the right way – truly putting students’ experience, welfare and safety at the top of our agenda.

Overview

The Assistant Operations Manager will support the Operations Managers in the day to day running of the properties, leading the team to deliver an exception service; ensuring that our student experience is first class. You will take responsibility for ensuring we fill our properties all year round, with customers who want to stay year after year, creating a vibrant community.
