Reporting to the Head of Admissions the Undergraduate Admissions Manager will take responsibility for the day to day management of Undergraduate Admissions, providing a fast and efficient applicant service by promoting customer service excellence to support the University’s ambition of becoming the University of choice to the professions.

The post holder will be a crucial senior member of staff within the Admissions Department working collaboratively to motivate and inspire the Undergraduate Admissions Team through supporting and coaching instilling confidence in the admissions service both internally and externally.

The Successful candidate will have significant experience of working within a highly customer focused Higher Education Admissions environment (with experience of Undergraduate Admissions) You will be a strong team manager, energetic and positive and thrive in fast-paced environments but be calm under pressure and manage your team with confidence and clarity.

The role can be home based working (within the UK) or campus based at either Guildford or London Moorgate; a dual location of home working and a campus is also possible. If home based the post holder will be required on occasion, to attend Guildford/London Moorgate University campuses for purposes such as training and team briefings, advance notification will be given.
