MRG are working exclusively with Harwell Campus, a highly regarded science and innovation campus based in Oxfordshire, to source the Campus Services Manager who will provide the vital link between the Harwell Management Office and the wider campus community.

Harwell is a site richly steeped in heritage, dating back to the 1940s when it was an RAF station, later developing into one of the world’s leading atomic energy research establishments. With over 6,000 employees on site in over 200 organisations, Harwell is at the forefront of innovative scientific research and technology, translating into commercial applications and solutions.

The key point of contact for maintenance issues, the Campus Services Manager will oversee the Facilities Manager and assist others in raising purchase orders, organising works and keeping others informed about progress. You must possess a good working knowledge of buildings and facilities management, and a passion for customer service and satisfaction.

You will need to possess strong interpersonal skills as you will be liaising with a variety of departments such as finance, marketing and construction to answer queries from campus occupiers that may range from billing queries to progress with campus development projects, as well as liaising with other organisations to inform, advise, and collate feedback.

To be considered for the role you must possess;
