Campus Living Villages known throughout the sector as “CLV”, are a global provider of on-campus accommodation. We have operated in the UK market since 2008 and now work operate 11,000 rooms across 22 university cities.

Our buildings operate in partnership with a university, working together to deliver vibrant, engaging and supporting accommodation. All involved in operational delivery have, in effect, two clients, being the host university and the students themselves.

This is role will play a key role in the delivery of their strategy to provide high quality accommodation and an exceptional student/customer experience. Working as part of the estates team, you will be responsible for monitoring and managing the condition of accommodation, and planning, commissioning and leading refurbishment and long-term maintenance projects to improve and maintain accommodation and facilities. You will work on projects which vary from modest to major refurbishment/developments and you will plan and manage an annual cyclical maintenance and refurbishment budget of £4million.

The successful candidate will have significant experience of working in facilities management, property management, building surveying, engineering management, construction management, or project management in addition to experience of acting in an ‘client officer’ role.

You will be familiar with CAFM systems, as well as being able to evidence previous experience creating PPM plans.

You will also have strong project planning skills with significant experience of managing multiple projects. You will have highly developed communication, negotiation and influencing skills combined with a demonstrable commitment to providing excellent customer service and care.
