We are a great, modern university, in a great global city, here to make an impact on Manchester, our nation and beyond, with a driving ambition to discover and disseminate knowledge, and make higher education accessible and beneficial to all those with the passion and ability to succeed. We work closely with our city, with business, the community and our academic peers - locally, nationally and internationally - to be inventive and creative, generate great opportunities, and enable our students, colleagues and everyone whose lives we touch, to make an impact.

Reporting to Assistant Director, Estates, the Head of Integrated Service Delivery is responsible for creating a culture of exceptional service delivery across all aspects of integrated services. This clearly created role ranges from managing our Hard FM external supply chain through to accountability for the University wide ‘one stop shop’ services such as helpdesk, switchboard, permits and ID cards. The main focus is to provide seamless delivery through teams through robust planning and the Head of Integrated Service Delivery will be the lead on the ‘Journey to Service Excellence’ programme.

This is an ideal role for professionals who enjoy embedding cultural change and implementing service improvements. The successful candidate will possess a proven track record of providing ‘best in class’ facilities management services across a comparable prestigious high-public footfall customer facing portfolio. In addition to being a proficient user of CAFM, you will also be an adept contract manager with strong commercial acumen. Demonstrable success in developing and training staff is essential.
