Campus Living Villages known throughout the sector as “CLV”, are a global provider of on-campus accommodation. We have operated in the UK market since 2008 and now work operate 11,000 rooms across 22 university cities.

Our buildings operate in partnership with a university, working together to deliver vibrant, engaging and supporting accommodation. All involved in operational delivery have, in effect, two clients, being the host university and the students themselves.

Our partnership with Goldsmiths University offers the perfect option for undergraduates and postgraduates.

This role will manage all aspects of our Village, delivering both the hard and soft services. The General Manager is fundamental to setting and delivering the highest possible standards of service to the students, through the management of the in-house delivery team and outsourced catering service. The role will be the key liaison between Campus Living Villages and the Goldsmith, ensuring that the contract is being delivered and the partnership continues to flourish.

The ideal candidate will have worked at a senior level within a leisure, hospitality of facilities management and have experience in setting the highest possible standards of delivery, managing both directly employed teams alongside specialist contracts. You will be a strong leader with a proven track record of creating a culture of excellence within a 5-star environment; ideally with a background in delivering contractual output led KPIs.
