We are seeking a world class Property Management individual to lead the customer experience of an iconic and exemplary real estate development based in the City of London.

You will be responsible for enlivening the experience of those who work and visit to the building, enhancing employee engagement, productivity, and wellbeing. You will be adept at driving a customer strategy and ensuring excellent communication.

This role would suit someone who has represented large mixed use buildings, is accustomed to presenting to large groups of people, managing PR and developing relationships with the wider community and press contacts. You will set the tone and voice for the building, while being responsible for ensuring that consistency of message to the buildings occupiers is delivered.

This is an outstanding opportunity to play a key role at an internationally unique and iconic building, pushing the boundaries of service and expectations to new heights.
