There's a whole lot of different in 22 Bishopsgate. Set to become the first vertical business campus in Europe where people and ideas can thrive. The Head of Culture will be responsible for enlivening the community which work and visit the building, driving a customer strategy and ensuring excellent communication.

22 Bishopsgate has been designed from the outset as a community for around 12,000 people and will be a major evolution of the traditional office. The building includes many unique and original elements that aim to make the office a human place to work, addressing its social, wellbeing, convenience and environmental responsibilities.

It will have over 3 acres of communal space offering a diverse mix of facilities including a food court, gym, business club, wellness, cycling, innovation hub and flexible workspace.

As the Head of Culture at 22 Bishopsgate you will need to be at the very forefront of innovation; consistently seeking to implement new and interesting ideas to improve the environment of building and everyone that interacts with it. Be able to drive effective communication both verbally and utilising various technologies to ensure a consistent message exists.

Represent 22 Bishopsgate and be comfortable presenting to large groups of people, managing PR and developing relationships with the wider community and press contacts. The Head of Culture will set the tone and voice for the building, while being responsible for ensuring that consistency of message to the buildings occupiers is delivered.

This is an outstanding opportunity to play a key role at an internationally unique and iconic building, pushing the boundaries of service and expectations to new heights.

The project is currently in the development, leasing and set-up phase, with completion due in early 2020.
