General Manager – Luxury Residential

Market Rate (Negotiable upon experience) + competitive benefits

Due to open mid-2020 a highly impressive super-prime residential development is preparing for its first occupiers. An established General Manager within the Residential Property or hospitality sector is sort to lead this luxury residential development on behalf of the landlord.

The property will be the highest concentration of super-prime residential apartments in London not only offering the very highest standard of apartments but exquisite communal spaces and amenities. The residential development is one of the highest profile in London with an occupier base which will be unlike most others across the Capital and will in turn provide its occupiers with a level of service which is unparalleled in the residential sector. The property will sit within a cluster of assets creating one of the most visually impressive and recognisable estates globally.

You'll be expected to have managed prime residential properties or have experience of managing luxury hotels. You will understand the nuances of the customer service levels required when managing super prime residential or luxury hotels. Working with a range of specialist service partners, the General Manager will act of the bridge between the landlord’s wider professional team, the third party service providers and the occupiers. You will be comfortable managing a large service charge budget and be able to ensure that all customer facing matters on site are managed accordingly.

It would be helpful if you have a track record of mobilising a new residential development as well as experience of licence to alter.

This is an extraordinary opportunity to join one of the most high profile landlord and take ownership of a hugely significant residential scheme in the heart of London.
