Associate Director – Property & Asset Management

Up to £60,000 salary plus car allowance, benefits and bonus opportunity.

An Associate Director is required owing to the continued success of single client focussed Property & Asset Management team within a leading real estate advisory business.

Based from their London office, the Associate Director will act as a number two to the Contract Lead, working closely with them at a strategic level across the portfolio and with the client, but also internally with the dedicated team.

The appointed will oversee their own portfolio of four Central London and South East multi-let office assets, many of which are earmarked for development, working with the Asset Manager throughout the process. The reduced portfolio allows for client and team development – core areas of the appointment.

Appointed a to dedicated Fund on behalf of a single Institutional Investor client, you will work closely with them to shape the portfolio strategy and ultimately execute it personally and through more junior members of staff.

Additional responsibilities include overseeing wellbeing, sustainability and value add initiatives across the portfolio.
