The University is in an ongoing, exciting period of growth and expansion with 2019 seeing us open two new campuses - Nottingham and Hong Kong - and further expanding our Business school offering both in the UK and in Berlin. As a result of this growth and our ambitious future growth strategy, we are looking to appoint a Conversion Liaison Manager.

Reporting to the Head of Conversion and Recruitment, the Conversion Liaison Manager will work with our external Conversion Team to shape direction and uphold standards set by The University of Law. You will be responsible for training staff members and agents, identifying and compiling sales resources and setting KPIs for quality standards. You will play a key role in implementing changes identified by the audit process and play a key role in internal projects and developments aimed at improving the university’s student recruitment provision.

The successful candidate will have experience of working within a fast moving target based sales environment, specifically within Higher Education admissions, marketing or student recruitment. You will have demonstrable experience of setting and monitoring KPI’s and performance management and will have well developed reporting skills and the ability to analyse data in reports and systems. You will have exceptional interpersonal, communication skills and the ability to inspire, motivate and lead others (across a number of locations) with the ability to excel in a sometimes challenging complex stakeholder environment.
