The newly formed Investment Property Office (IPO) is responsible for the development and management of a diverse portfolio of real estate assets, including office, Build-to-Rent and Purpose Built Student Accommodation. The portfolio is West London focused, where Imperial has a significant and exciting development land pipeline in White City and North Acton. The IPO’s main aim is to generate material streams of unfettered income that can be used to support Imperial’s academic mission, as part of the College’s financial strategy of diversification.
The Sales, Marketing & Brand Manager will play an integral role in supporting the Operations Director delivering the Operations strategy of the portfolio. The post holder will be experienced in building and maintaining client relationships, finalising and agreeing Lettings deals, generating new business opportunities, whilst also delivering exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face. You will have full autonomy within your role and oversee the sales and marketing strategy for the Operations office.
In addition to building the sales function you will be responsible for reviewing, optimise and automate (where relevant) our sales and marketing funnel. Protect and refine our brand story, visual identity and website. Develop digital marketing strategy to improve the performance of all owned and non-owned assets.
