This exciting opportunity requires individuals to help assist with existing projects, whilst also looking to win new business from current and new contacts via proactive networking and opportunistic thinking.

Some of the key accountabilities for this role include:

  • Development consultancy and site sales and acquisitions
  • Strategic consultancy
  • Sale and leasebacks advice
  • Providing joint venture and partnership advice
  • Preparing valuation reports, in various formats
  • Building close relationships with long term clients
  • Provide ongoing ad hoc advice on asset management initiatives and other scenarios in order to assist the client in understanding the impact on value.

To be considered for this role you must have:

  • Previous experience as a Valuation Surveyor / Registered Valuer in the Central London market
  • MRICS / FRICS Qualified
  • Passion for the property Industry.
  • Hunger and drive to develop your own client base and presence in the London market.
  • Strong IT Knowledge.
  • An enquiring mind with the ability to work effectively in a growing team.
