MRG is proud to be working in collaboration with a global real estate consultancy, seeking a Park Manager for a large and dynamic logistics park in the UK.

The real estate consultancy have been instructed to manage the site from a property perspective; the Park Manager will be responsible for the co-ordination of all the service providers’ operations and to directly manage the fulfilment of contracts, including provision of properly qualified and trained staff. You will be working alongside the client’s UK asset and property management team to represent the logistics park, by maintaining and building relationships with all occupiers, clients, key stakeholders, and suppliers.

You are someone who has a number of years’ experience within Commercial Property Management, having worked with commercial letting agents and customer advisors. You should be able to demonstrate a track record in managing multi let commercial assets to the very highest standards, dealing with high-profile occupiers and stakeholders.

Some of the Park Manager’s key responsibilities include, but are not limited to;


  • Promoting the logistics park as the destination for companies looking for new logistics space.
  • Taking the lead on the wider stakeholder engagement and attend regular meetings with community and business groups.
  • Acting as a lynchpin between all stakeholders, dealing with enquires for logistics space and ensuring communication at all times.

Marketing and Community

  • Help grow relationships with the park community, being a source of information and known as the ‘go to’ person, inspiring the park as a great place to work in order to attract employees.
  • Drive a sense of community at the park and promote sustainability, wellbeing, charity partnerships and fundraising, and the wider community.
  • You will act as a sustainability ambassador for the park and share best practice – seeking to achieve ESG Awards for the site.

As the ideal candidate for this role, you must possess;

  • Is IOSH or NEBOSH qualified, or another equivalent accredited health and safety qualification
  • Possesses a sound understanding of Railway H&S legislation
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; personable and demonstrates success in building relationships
  • Has a track record of engaging with various stakeholders such as occupiers, customers, and a range of internal stakeholders.
  • A passion/interest for ESG; demonstrating a drive for improvement/change in previous roles, overseeing projects that seek to drive ESG initiatives.
