Are you a leader in the property management market, looking to make an exciting and lucrative career move?

We are working with a high profile and highly reputable Property Management company with a varied and outstanding client base. They have been very active in the current marketplace and as a result they are seeking to establish a key figurehead overseeing a vast and varied mixed-use estate in London.

The Estate Director will take responsibility for leading the team and overarching responsibility for all matters across the expansive site.

The successful candidate will be confident leading residential, commercial and retail. They should have outstanding customer management skills and be able to manage multiple stakeholder relationships.

They will need to be an experienced individual in Property Management across any asset class - with the skills to nurture and develop a team; monitoring their performance, mentoring them, succession planning, and training them to be the best in their field.


  • Previous experience in managing large complex mixed-use developments is essential
  • Previous experience of managing teams (including on-site teams)
  • Demonstrable knowledge of active participants; both owners, assets managers and competition – market awareness & market contacts
  • Placemaking – experience in making a place a destination, branding, marketing, social media etc.

To be considered for this role you must possess;

  • A keen eye for detail and strong financial acumen
  • Sales & Marketing Experience
  • Proven Change Management skills – both operational and culturally
  • Ability to manage a diverse client base with a variety of needs
  • Previous and proven experience of dealing with complex service charge budgets, refurbishments, capital projects
  • An understanding of M&E, PPM, Supply Chain and Contracts, Sustainability
  • A high level of customer service and stakeholder management skills
  • Demonstrable knowledge of relevant legislation including FTT & Section 20s, Residents Associations, RTMs
  • Excellent written, verbal, numerical and analytical skills
