MRG are working closely with Montagu Evans, an independent, market leading property consultancy. Headquartered in London with offices in Scotland and Manchester, their work encompasses planning and development, property management, specialist valuations and transactions across the United Kingdom.

Based in Central London, this leading Property Consultancy are involved in some of the largest commercial, residential and mixed-use property projects in the UK today. Suited to an individual who is passionate about the sector and is keen to move away from a more corporate structure.

They are seeking a Head of Business Improvement to join their team in London, to manage a Business Improvement and Transformation portfolio across the Montagu Evans Property Management Sector; delivering operational efficiencies, service enhancements and quality improvements using LEAN, Change and Transformation techniques.

The successful candidate should possess:

  • At least 5 years’ Experience in a senior delivery position
  • Strategic thinker to build and develop the Sector Strategy
  • Experience in delivering LEAN or Business Improvement projects across a sector
  • Demonstrated experience in a management/consultancy position.
  • Previous experience of budgets and financial controls
  • Demonstrated experience of managing teams across a number of locations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
  • Effective planning and organisational skills
  • Numerate, with ability to analyse data, recognise trends and produce action plans
  • Good people management skills with the ability to provide feedback and coaching for development
  • Financial literacy (budget management)
  • Technical knowledge
  • Commercial awareness
  • Sound market knowledge and understanding
  • Property Management experience is desirable
