As the Managing Director you must have at least 10 years’ experience leading an organisation or department in the PRS, PBSA or Hospitality sector. A collaborative and inspiring mentor, you are someone who can demonstrate their ability to thrive in a challenging environment and encourage others to perform at their best, driving them to meet their personal targets.
