One of London’s leading Student Accommodation providers are looking for competent experienced Facilities and Project Manager on a two year contract. They bring together over 19,000 students from over 100 different countries, including 2,250 further education students, 14,000 undergraduates and 2,700 postgraduate and research students.

The Facilities and Project Manager will form part of the Accommodation Services Team. Taking responsibly for large-scale Building Improvement Works project with the landlord, external stakeholders and a principal contractor reporting to the Residence Manager (Intervention, Welfare and Conduct). You will build and maintain good professional working relationships with all stakeholders and develop an expert understanding of the project to become the ‘go to’ person in the context of the Residential Operation in relation to the project. Develop a reporting system comprising for example, complaints, transfers, welfare issues, a Gantt or other Chart and attend meetings with members of the SMT to provide updates or escalations of the same.

We are seeking an exceptional individual with a proven track record in Facilities and Project Management, ideally from Hospitality, Student Accommodation, Local Authority, Housing Association, Estates or building management related background. You will have an understanding and application of the Construction Design and Management Regulations (CDM) and applicable Health & Safety Law. And you will have experience of building and maintaining professional working relationships with customers, internal and external stakeholders.
