King’s Denmark Hill campus has a strong teaching presence but is primarily a medical research-based campus. It provides facilities for the Faculty of Life Sciences & Medicine, the Dental Institute, and is the home of the Institute of Psychiatry, Psychology and Neuroscience.

The Campus Project Manager for the Denmark Hill campus is responsible for the planning, scoping, co-ordination and execution of campus projects of varying value. The campus projects consist of small to medium-sized refurbishment, relocation/space optimisation and fit-out projects located across the campus portfolio.

We are seeking an individual with demonstrable experience of project managing refurbishment, fit out and remodelling projects in the £50k to £1m range across an operational estate or campus portfolio. You will have strong technical and commercial skills and will be adept and procuring and managing contractors to deliver projects in live operational environments across technically complex buildings and facilities. Experience of working on technically complex projects with critical facilities (for example in healthcare or scientific research environments) would be advantageous.
