Our client is a regional Residential Development business who require a Site Manager to work on a remedial scheme in the Willesden area of NW London.

The role will involve some re - cladding of external envelope and also some remodelling of Internal walkways.

You will be used to dealing with residents in – situ and will be able to manage their expectations as set out by the Contracts Manager.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Work to programmes of works set out by the Contracts Manager.
  • Manage resources of the project to maximise output and deliver to programme.
  • Control various subcontract packages.
  • Health & safety management and promotion in line with the company policies and procedure.
  • Attend subcontractor site progress meetings.
  • Quality inspections.
  • Quality Assurance.

About You:

  • Have a valid Management CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid as a minimum
  • Minimum of 3 years Site Management experience.
  • Volume House Builder background.
  • Good level of IT literacy in Microsoft Office packages.
  • Working knowledge of Asta Power Projects and document control software.
