Our client, a leading global contractor is looking to recruit a Strategic Bid Manager to work within their National Frameworks and Accounts team based in the City.
This new and exciting role will play an important part in delivering strategic bids. You will report to the National Bid Director and work closely with them to produce campaign programme/schedules, develop white paper and marketing proposals and implement lessons learnt reviews, training programmes, process development and customer reviews. You will need to be extremely organised and able to motivate your team along with managing key customer relationships. Leading and managing the proposals/bid team to deliver winning and timely PQQ and ITT submissions will be essential.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of strategic proposal techniques and processes, experience of leading multiple bid teams and superb written skills. and superb written skills. You will be degree or equivalent qualified.
