Senior or Principal Consultant - Bids 

Twickenham

Bid Recruitment is a specialist trading division of The Management Recruitment Group.

This role is to work alongside the Director developing a new specialism focusing on Bids in Finance, Legal and Insurance, predominantly across London.

The current team is 6 strong and is well established. The business plan is to grow to 12 by the end of 2019. 

They work in a unique sector. It is an emerging market, where change, innovation and speed are key factors. Competition is light, candidates are scarce and we are well placed to be the market leaders.

The ideal candidate will have experience in a technical or high street market. Something that is fast moving.

 The role would suit a recruiter who has cut their teeth in a saturated or highly competitive contingency market (high street, finance, marketing etc.) and now wants to make a move into the a specialist field where they can be a true market influencer, working with clients who do not require PSL’s/platforms etc. and where fees are routinely 17-20% and salary levels (£40-75k) are rising quickly.
