In 2018 we plan enhance our offering to the Student Accommodation Sector. We have a strong brand within the sector and are developing relationships with key services providers alongside our current relationships with decisions makes in HEIs. We have developed a reputation in delivering quality complex assignments.
We are seeking to appoint a Principal to further develop this specialism. The Principal will be expected to establish a desk with Senior Appointments at its heart but be flexible to manage a whole array of complex assignments at all levels. We are looking to target Head of Accommodation, Director of Residences, Senior Residential Manager, Area/ Regional Manager level appointments.
The ideal candidate will be a customer services/ property /hospitality recruitment professional with experience of managerial and complex recruitment projects, seeking to join a successful and mature team that is recognised as market leaders in their field. The target market is niche and light competitive intensity and will appeal to anyone who is operating in a congested or commoditizing market ideally within the education sector.
We specialise in Senior Appointments in the £50,000 - £100,000 salary bracket across the Higher Education sector with a focus on the built environment. Our philosophy is simple; we aim to offer exceptional service by finding the best possible candidates (active or passive through headhunting) in the shortest period of time. Our success is built on the expertise and contacts of our team. They know the market and have good contacts in senior positions across their industry.
