The team delivers Search, Retained Permanent Solutions and Freelance recruitment solutions, generating £2m in fees annually.

In 2018 we plan to launch an offering into the growing market of Independent Schools. We have strong personal contacts with a many Bursars and the Independent Bursars Association and are developing a reputation in delivering quality interim and permanent assignments.

We are seeking to appoint a Principal to develop this specialism. The Principal will be expected to establish a desk with Senior Appointments at its heart, but be flexible to manage a whole array of complex assignments at all levels. 

We are looking to target Bursars, Assistant Bursars, Estates Bursars, COO’s and Directors of Operations. Full bid, marketing, research and administration are provided in-house to support our Consultants. 

The ideal candidate will be education services recruitment professional with experience of managerial and complex recruitment projects, seeking to join a successful and mature team that is recognised as market leaders in their field. The target market is niche and light competitive intensity and will appeal to anyone who is operating in a congested or commoditizing market ideally within the education sector.

  • Epsom College: Estates Bursar, Commercial and Events Manager 
  • St James Schools: Registrar, Assistant Bursar, Buildings Manager and Interim Health and Safety manager 
  • Caterham School: Estates Bursar, Commercial and Events Manager 
  • ACS Schools: Facilities Business Manager 
  • Brentwood School:  Estates Bursar 
  • The Perse School: Interim Project Manager 
  • Hampton School: Interim Health & Safety Manager
