Our client is a privately owned House Builder, they build quality, high end finished units and because the business is privately owned, they do not rush their build programmes to satisfy demand and shareholders' pockets.

As a business they build between 3 and 20 units on each of their developments across Kent.

They are seeking an experienced Site Manager from a non-PLC / Volume House Building background to join and grow with the business as they enter a period of expansion.

Suitable candidates will have:

  • New Build Traditional Build and Timber Frame experience.
  • Stable career history with a small house builder.
  • Experience of Planning and Programming their own sites.
  • Strong relationships / good rapport with Sub Contractors.

Responsibilities:

  • Material management.
  • Management of labour.
  • Programming.
  • Regular program meetings with all trades to ensure program targets.
  • Quality inspection and control.
  • Organising connections for services.
  • Promoting and managing Health and Safety on site.
  • Client Liaison.

A strong basic salary of between £55,000 - £60,000 per annum plus package including car allowance, healthcare, pension, and mileage along with bonus and generous holiday entitlement.
