The Management Recruitment Group are working with a National and Multi-disciplinary consultancy to find a Senior Surveyor or Associate to work in their Lease Advisory team. The Surveyor will carry out day-day management and advise on high-profile property portfolio’s within Central London.

You will be providing property advice to agents, landlords, lenders, and investors within the public and private sectors. The role requires an excellent negotiator who works towards best possible result for their clients.

This is an opportunity to be involved in all aspects of Lease Advisory work and build and develop relationships with both existing and new clients.

The role will involve:

  • Advising on rent reviews, lease renewals and regears on behalf of landlords and tenants.
  • Managing Landlord & Tenant relationships to produce the best result for the client.
  • Carrying out business rates analysis and appeal/reduction services
  • Undertaking service charge audits and reduction service
  • Preparing Expert witness reports to third parties
  • Identifying and interpreting market rental evidence

Suitable for someone who has strong experience in Property Management and has worked on a wide range of Commercial Assets. You will also need to be MRICS qualified.

Successful candidates will feel comfortable working in a fast-paced, target driven environment and thrive under-pressure. You will need to be proactive, analytical and hold a strong commercial awareness.
