We are working with a top 10 residential development business which is seeking to appoint an experienced Senior Site Manager with a residential development background to join the business to manage a scheme of 87 units in Maidstone, Kent.

They are seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager with over 10 years in Volume House Building.

Some of your responsibilities will be the organisation and control of labour and sub-contractors, completion of weekly planning sheets to ensure the overall build programme is met, management of sub-contractors, daily diary to record site events and requirements, liaising with NHBC Inspectors, managing health and safety and waste management.

Suitable Senior / Site Managers will hold a platinum / black CSCS Card, SMSTS and First Aid and will be able to demonstrate in-depth knowledge of UK building regulations, strong awareness of Health & Safety on UK building sites and will have excellent IT skills including email, word, excel and MS Project.

On offer is a basic salary of between £65,000 - £70,000 per annum plus company car/allowance, pension, healthcare, and a bonus scheme to rival their competitors in excess of 20%.
