A leading residential development business is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager / Site Manager to join their business to oversee the next phase of development on one of their flagship schemes in Oxford.

You will be responsible for coordinating trade contractors Roads, Drainage, Piling, Drainage and Infrastructure as well as RC Frame experience. You will be managing Health & Safety procedures / initiatives, site inductions, writing Method Statements/Risk Assessments and issuing work permits.

As an integral part of the site team, you will chair/attend pre-construction meetings, producing daily diaries and overseeing quality control on site, carry out work inspections and checks, and work with the Senior Site Manager / Project Manager to ensure the smooth delivery of the scheme.

Suitable candidates will have the following:

  • Management CSCS Card, First Aid, SMSTS
  • Roads, Drainage, Piling, Infrasture and RC Frame experience

On offer is a basic salary of between £60,000 - £65,000 per annum plus package including

Car/allowance, pension, healthcare, rail travel, generous bonus scheme and 26 days annual leave.
