Our client is a seeking an experienced a Senior Site Manager with strong infrastructure background to oversee all engineering activities including deep drainage, road layouts, curbs, foundations and utilities on a large scale Residential scheme in Oxfordshire.

The suitable candidate will come from a site engineering background and will be able to manage and review sub-contractor drawings and review all engineering activities on the site.

Reporting to the Technical Director you will be leading the infrastructure on the project and will report back on findings to the Technical Director and manage the process through to build stage.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to join a national house builder and a structured career path to move up the career ladder.

On offer is a basic salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum plus fully expensed company car/allowance, pension, healthcare, fuel card, laptop and mobile phone.
