Over the past 5 years, Essentia has established itself as a leading provider of consultancy based services, which help private and public sector clients all over the world become more efficient and effective through the delivery of strategic estates development.

Their range of specialist services includes Project, Programme and Cost Management, Healthcare Planning, Strategic Estate Development and Property Consultancy and support clients across the Health, Science and Education sectors worldwide.

The business has an ambitious business plan focused on providing project, programme and cost management services to the Healthcare, Science and Education sectors, with that in mind, they are seeking to appoint high calibre Senior Project Managers to join the London office.

Working within the Project Management team in London, you will be responsible for delivering a variety of capital projects varied between £5-£50m across the sectors, working on a varied property portfolio including new build hospitals both (Private and Public) through to listed buildings, extensions or commercial space.

You will work with Senior Management within complex organisations to build and develop relationships. With a proven track record in delivering a range of Healthcare, Science and Education projects between £5-£50m, you will be responsible for leading new build and refurbishment projects from inception to completion.

It is essential that you have knowledge and understanding of managing publicly funded capital projects including business case process, experience of public procurement and contract administrations including NEC3.

It is expected that you will come from a consultancy background either currently in a Senior Project Manager or Project Manager who is looking to take their career to the next step. You will also have the opportunity to develop both existing and new clients across the Health, Science and Education Sectors. Previous team building skills and track record of managing a professional project team as well as experience of developing and mentoring team members in preferable.

It is highly desirable that you possess Chartered status such as RICS, APM, CIOB, although those in the process of attaining their Chartered status will be supported.
