This independent niche real estate consultancy specialises in advising on complex property matters. They provide market leading advice on a range of issues including leasing and agency as well as adapting space to ensure property is fit for the tenant’s purpose.

Due to the continued success of the project management division of the firm, a Senior Project Manager is required to join this small and highly successful division. Working with one of the Equity Directors, the successful candidate will be responsible for managing a number of office fit out projects across both CAT A and CAT B predominately on behalf of a mixture of occupier clients ranging from Fin tech start-ups through to Global Corporate clients varying in size from 1000sqft to 30000sqft.

The Senior Project Manager will have experience of running office fit out projects either as a consultant or for a main contractor, be comfortable managing supply chain and offering advice around conceptual design. It is expected that the successful candidate will be able to be client facing but also be comfortable delivering and managing fit out projects of various sizes.

As the business continues to grow and have more success, the role is likely to develop offering outstanding career progression in a forward thinking and ambitious organisation. It is expected that while working in a small team environment that the appointed will be comfortable managing their own workload and project schedule.
