Do you want to work with high profile clients in Central and Local Government, where you will have the opportunity to network with influential clients and further develop this already successful project management team?

If so, we are working with a global consultancy, who works with Central Government organisations offering a range of services including Project Management, Workplace Strategy and Change Management.

As Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for delivering a range of construction related projects to both new and existing clients across a diverse client portfolio working with clients to deliver project briefs from inception through to completion. Working with the Associates and Directors, you will have the opportunity to not only be involved in the business development but also working with the more junior colleagues on their development. You will be responsible for developing both new and existing clients, bid preparation and attending interviews as well as project delivery. You will also be involved in cross selling other services across the Public Estates team.

The team has worked on numerous high profile projects ranging from estates rationalisation through to complete refurbishment of Heritage buildings.

If you are a client facing project manager with a passion for both project delivery and client development - then this role will give you the responsibility of a team of Project Managers at all levels, overseeing their development by mentoring and showing best practice.

As the suitable candidate you will ideally be Chartered (MCIOB, MRICS, RIBA etc and whilst prior Central Government sector experience is preferable it is not essential.
