Leading consultancy has an urgent requirement in the Midlands for a Senior Project Manager to deliver the infrastructure for a multi phase project.

Working closely with the client, you will act as lead Project Manager and will be responsible for managing the highway and infrastructure aspect of the project.

You will possess a sound understanding of NEC3 contracts with JCT along with S278, S104 and S38 agreements. The suitable candidate will have the ability to highlight and mitigate risk, as well as building a good working relationship with all stakeholders and the consultant team.

The suitable candidate will be client focused as well as possessing good communication skills.
