An unparalleled opportunity has arisen for Senior Project Manager focused on Commercial Office Fit out to join a leading global real estate advisory firm. With a focus on the Office fit-out market, the successful candidate will be comfortable running projects from inception to completion.

Due to the continued growth of the project management team within the Central London office, they are seeking to appoint a dedicated and driven Senior Project Manager.

You will play a key part in project delivery and act as lead Project Manager on a number of key projects. You will be working directly with a team of 20 from Directors to Project Managers; as well as interaction with the wider business working together to provide a company solution.

The successful candidate will have exposure to Commercial fit out projects primarily CAT B (valued up to and in excess of £5m) across the City and West End.

It is expected that you will become involved in maintaining relationships with Clients, Agents and Occupiers in order to ensure a stable pipeline of work. Current and past projects have included Global Insurance Providers HQ, Investment Banks London Office, Fintech businesses and FTSE 100 Global HQ’s. Due to the variety in scale and nature of these projects they are seeking an individual, who has a flexible approach, is adaptable and who is hungry to learn and develop.

You will have gained experience of working on projects and will experience of providing advisory services to clients and end users in these sectors. Excellent interpersonal skills are essential as you will be required to lead projects with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders.

It is highly advantageous that you possess or working towards Chartership (MRICS, RIBA, MAPM or MCIOB) and possess a track record in delivering construction related projects preferably within a consultancy environment.
