Working for an innovative SaaS which significantly increases the number of successful hires by increasing referrals from existing employees and their networks. The business is in a growth phase having recently secured investment and are looking to add to their team.

The role:
- Senior Business Development Manager
- This is a client facing position, the company is building up their lead generation and marketing functions so this role is focused on generating and closing high value deals, attending them to carry out product demonstrations and then closing the sale.
- This is a growth role so initially you will spend time generating leads and following them through to completion.
- The Business Development role is a key role to the business and you will be a key player in the team with the opportunity to develop and take on more responsibility as the business grows.
- You will have an high level of autonomy and you will be expected to meet and ideally exceed KPI and revenue targets.

The client is looking for someone who:
- has a successful track record in business to business Saas sales, Ideally selling into HR.
- Is proactive and ambitious and confident with demonstrations, closing deals and winning new business
- Is driven to succeed and has a desire to be part of the growth of the business.
- has a strong communication style both written and verbal.
