We’re recruiting a Senior Bid Manager for a top tier professional services firm. This is a key hire for the business as it joins the central business development function at the cusp of its next stage of growth.
The company has strategic market segments that include long term relationships with ultra-high net worth individuals, private families, aristocracy as well businesses, to which they provide taxation, accountancy and wealth management services to.
Based in central London, the successful candidate will spearhead bids across all service lines and identify strategic bid opportunities. Playing the role as a trusted advisor to the partners, you will support them and the wider business development function by creating content and visually distinctive proposals and project managing the bid process from kick-off meetings to completion. The successful candidate will have gained their commercial experience winning bids in the professional service sectors, however other sectors will also be considered. You will have a good balance of writing ability, creative flair and influencing skills.
In return, you will receive a basic salary of £55,000 - £65,000 p.a. plus an industry leading bonus scheme and, as a large, growing and employee organisation, it offers a range of exciting benefits including private healthcare, life assurance and pension to name but a few.
