We have a great opportunity for a Regeneration Contracts Manager to join a flagship regeneration project in Bexley. The Contracts Manager acts as our Client's representative in accordance with their development agreement with their construction partners. You will ensure that designs, specifications and contracts are in line with the Client's Design Brief, GLA and planners requirements. You will monitor and manage quality on site and manage cashflows for the construction contract.

To be a strong applicant, we are looking for you to bring a wealth of experience in house building and have exceptional technical knowledge of building construction. With Membership of Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors or Chartered Institute of Building or Royal Institute of British Architects you’ll be able to demonstrate a proactive approach to problem solving and act as a client representative. You’ll understand the relevant working knowledge of planning and building regulations involved, including NHBC, Highway Authority and Utility design requirements. You’ll possess excellent communication and the relationship management skills necessary to develop and maintain effective partnerships at a senior level internally and externally to the organisation.
